Silena Lena: I am a painter and a mathematician. My love for art is great and fortunately for me, I can live my dream, doing what I love.
Times of Youth: How would you describe your work to someone who has never known about it?
Silena Lena: As a journey to a dreamy place of freedom, inspiration, and colors.
Times of Youth: What sparked your initial interest in arts?
Silena Lena: My need for freedom and expression.
Times of Youth: At what age did you start doing all this work? Has your family always been supportive of this choice of career?
Silena Lena: I used to sketch and paint when I was very young. But I started to do that every day as my main work 15 years ago when I was 25 years old.
Times of Youth: Which of your projects are you most proud of and why?
Silena Lena: I’m doing many things. I’m very proud of my artworks and of my poetry. I have done 13 solo exhibitions. I also have written two poetry collections and now the third one is ready to be published.
Times of Youth: Where do you see yourself in next 5 years?
Silena Lena: I can’t predict the future but I can assure you that I will still be devoted to art. Art is my life.
