Times of Youth: For those who don’t know about you and your work, can you tell us a little about yourself?
Jameel Ahmed: Well, I am a nascent photographer and aim to freeze all those unnoticed moments which will never be seen or felt again. With my camera, I aim to capture the purity of nature and the diversity of humankind. I belong to Gilgit-Baltistan and I work as technical support staff at Aga Khan University, Karachi.
Times of Youth: What do you want your viewers to take away from your work?
Jameel Ahmed: I want them to keenly observe the glorious beauty of our planet earth. I want them to own this globe by loving each and every particle existing.
Times of Youth: Who are some of your favorite classic photographers, and how did they influence you?
Jameel Ahmed: Some of the photographers are Ansel Adams from USA and Khaula Jamil from Pakistan. Ansel Adams has inspired me by the landscapes of environment and Khaula Jamil came up as an inspiration for me by the way she captures the economically marginalized people of Pakistan.
Times of Youth: What are some tips/advice you would give to yourself if you started photography all over again?
Jameel Ahmed: Live for the lenses.
Times of Youth: What is one question nobody has ever asked you – that you wish they asked you?
Jameel Ahmed: Do you feel pain?

2) What is your favourite photography accessory, other than your camera?
Ans: Canon EF 200-400mm f/4L IS USM Ext 1.4x Lens for wild life photography.
3) What is your favourite photography accessory, other than your camera?
Ans: Canon 600D.
4) How would you describe your style?
Ans: I am passionate about nature. I am not fashion conscious at all, but I love putting on new costumes and styles.
