Hannah had been educated at the prestigious Manchester High School for Girls where she excelled in Science, English and Drama. Her parents said she would set herself ‘very high standards’ and could get ‘very distressed’ if she didn’t meet her targets. Hannah got an A*, two As and a B at A-level.
His father said “I think I knew she was walking towards the balcony. I said ‘Harni, look at the balcony’. I knew then. He leapt up and ran after her. She walked briskly, it was very measured.
“She stood on a chair then a table then I just saw her legs go down the glass.” Mr Bharaj (Father of Hannah) said he believed the fall was a ‘deliberate’ attempt to take her own life.
